way?
Do you have local service managers available to fix terminals? And meet with
you? Or
do you have to deal with an 800#?
Is your processor an Advocate of the Merchants Bill of Rights?
Is your processor a National Direct Acquirer?
Is your processor financially stable to be on the NY Stock Exchange? –

not required to be licensed or regulated)
Does your Relationship Manager educate you on Anti Fraud and PCI Compliance?
Does your processor guarantee their margin for 3 years?
Are you knowledgeable on “How to Understand” your monthly statements?
Do you have real time online access to your merchant transactions?
Do you have High Speed/Intelliswipe Technology?
Is your relationship with your processor based on Long Term Managed
Expectations?
Is your Customer Service 800# within the US?
Is Remote Capture Deposit available for your checks?
