What a most savory, vivacious, and entertaining festival of fun the Sin City Chamber of Commerce hosted at the world-renowned Chicken Ranch this past weekend. It is such a blast to mix business with pleasure, and you have written the book on this subject! The gorgeous Pahrump Valley was perfect for a richly exuberant gathering on an auspicious weekend. From the golf tournament to the Chicken Ranch Experience – Spring BBQ, the tantalizing networking flowed effortlessly amongst everyone, and I can only imagine what the next event will hold for you and the chamber. As an invited guest from California, I only wish the Spirit of Fun held by the Sin City Chamber could be bottled and experienced here! Thank you and your chamber members and guests in attendance for such a landmark weekend!

Sin City Chamber of Commerce Chicken Ranch Experience Delights Golfers and BBQ attendees
The Executive Staff of the Sin City Chamber of Commerce taken all accounts into consideration declared a three way tie for first and each team will have their names engraved on the cup. The Chicken Ranch Cup, designed by Desert Logo, is a 20 pound loving cup imported from Europe that will be proudly displayed at the Leghorn Bar located inside the Chicken Ranch Brothel in Pahrump, NV. Coming in third place was a Team of mixed Members (Joe Acquino, Michael Jiminez, Steve Shinn, Clayton Miyata) with a score of 67. The Longest Putt contest was won by Joe Wang with a 30 Yard putt that was creatively played hard left of the pin rolling against the wind which had the pace to drop in the cup! A crowd of 78 golfers in unison cheered as the putt was sublimely taken, others came close but Joe took home the prize which was a new Blue Ball's Jenna Jameson Golf Putter. Among the highlights of the day was the hospitality of the beautiful ladies of the Chicken Ranch Brothel who road through the course meeting the golfers, taking pictures and making the day unforgettable for all. The course itself is a beautiful with rolling hills, beautiful designs, picturesque water holes that made for a challenging outing. After each golfer completed their round they headed to the Chicken Ranch Brothel for a Cocktail Party around the pool sponsored by Southern Wine and Spirits. Over 150 attended the Cocktail Party which included the awarding of the SCCC Chicken Ranch Cup and the First, Second, and Third Place trophies. "It was a very fun evening and of course captivating by the awarding of three first place teams" commented Michael Russell, Executive Vice President of the Sin City Chamber of Commerce. The evening wound down and our overnight guests headed back to the Pahrump Nugget Casino Hotel for a nights' "rest." In the morning, Sin City Chamber Advisory Council Member, 2006 Sin City Business Award Winner and lead volunteer for the Spring BBQ, Perry Garret of Radiance Tanning Salon was up early orchestrating the set up of over 30 Canopies and 7 beautiful autos from Las Vegas Rod and Custom. "I don't know what we would have done with out Perry" commented Wayne Bridge, CEO of the Sin City Chamber of Commerce. "Perry committed long ago and promised that we would not have to worry about the set up which would leave us time to organize the other facets of this incredible event. He and his wife Rhonda are true assets to this Chamber." At noon registration began and the doors opened for our guests who were treated to great food, amazing sights, incredible hospitality and of course libations generously sponsored again by Southern Wine & Spirits. Nearly 30 canopies were set up for our exhibitors (strictly Chamber Members) that greeted the estimated 300 attendees. During the event, Big Daddy Productions spun the grooves as our guest DJ which was highlighted by a demonstration by the Fred Astaire Dance Studio which showed the Cha Cha and a few other dances for the crowd around the Chicken Ranch Pool. Around 2:30 PM, the Radiance Tanning Salon sponsored Bikini Contest commenced with guest star and adult entertainer Goldie Sparxx. Seven gorgeous women including several from the Chicken Ranch Brothel thrilled the crowed as they walked around the Chicken Ranch Pool blowing kisses and stopping for pictures during the judging. The event was a wonderful expression of freedom that included fundraising for the Center and the Desiree Alliance. The weather was ideal, the food was plentiful, and our members and guests were treated to a remarkable day that included carnival games at our Member's Canopies. "This was our biggest event ever held over the course of two wonderful days. The Barbeque was not only fun it was surreal. Furthermore, I believe we have set a glorious foundation for the Sin City Chamber Chicken Ranch Experience by adding the Chicken Ranch Cup which already has a fabled history " commented Michael Russell, Executive Vice President. "It was a very rewarding experience and we could not be more thankful to those that helped us make the Sin City Chamber Chicken Ranch Experience a day to remember."
